The Settings page is the long-term home for the choices you made during onboarding. Some are user-scoped (theme, capacity mode), some are org-scoped (business days).
Every change saves immediately on click of "Save" and propagates to everything that depends on it.
General
- Theme (user)
- Light, Dark, or System. Applies to Ekko surfaces immediately.
Sprint Planning
- Default sprint board (user)
- Which board Sprint Planning opens to by default. Optional.
- Capacity mode (user)
- Hours per day vs Story Points per day. Affects every capacity number across Ekko.
- Working hours/day or points/day (user)
- Personal default; team-level overrides exist in Team Management.
- Default tax (user)
- Weekly tax in hours or points; overridable per team member.
- Business days (org)
- Which weekdays count as working days. Applies to every team in the site.
Advanced
- Reset onboarding
- Re-runs the onboarding wizard on next page load. No data is deleted.
