LeadCatch · by Ekko

Every missed call is a customer your competitor kept.

LeadCatch texts back the calls you miss. It answers your website leads right away and keeps your Google reviews coming. If you want, its assistant can handle whole conversations for you. Everything works through the number your customers already call.

Seven tools · One phone number

The text-back is just the front door.

Behind it is a whole front desk that catches, books, and keeps customers. It all works through the number you already have. Nothing to install, nothing to learn. Everything happens over text and one Monday morning email.

Missed-call text-back

Starter

Any call you miss gets a friendly text from your business number, three seconds later. You get a heads-up with the caller’s number. Most people will not leave a voicemail. Almost everyone answers a text.

Website leads answered in seconds

Starter

Someone fills out the contact form on your website. They get a text back in seconds, not an email three days later. Speed wins customers. The business that answers first usually gets the job.

More Google reviews

Starter

A few hours after a job wraps up, the customer gets a short text with your Google review link. It happens on its own, every time, and never asks the same person twice in a month. More recent reviews means you show up higher when people search.

The Owner's Monday numbers email

Starter

Every Monday at 7am you get one email: what happened last week, in numbers. Most owners have no idea how many calls ring out. The first email is usually a shock, and proof this thing pays for itself. Nothing to log into. Just read it with your coffee.

Status updates

Growth

Texts like “on our way” and “ready for pickup” go out on their own from the software you already run your business on, or with one tap. Customers hear from you before they call to ask. The “any update?” calls that eat the front desk’s day just stop.

Online booking

Growth

Every text we send can include your booking link. So the person browsing your site at 11pm picks a time right then, instead of planning to call tomorrow. They will not call tomorrow. When someone books, you get a text, and we stop following up. They booked. We stop texting.

An assistant that texts back for you

Pro

When a customer texts, the assistant answers for you. It only says things you approved: your services, your hours, and the exact prices you okayed. Anything else, it tells them the owner will confirm. It starts in training mode. It writes each reply and texts it to you first. You text back 1 to send it. When you trust it, flip it to automatic.

How it works

Three seconds, three steps.

Nothing about your phone changes. Calls ring exactly like they do today. LeadCatch only steps in when you cannot pick up.

  1. 01

    Someone calls. You cannot answer.

Your phone rings like always. You are with a customer, on a job, or closed for the night. The call rings out. That is usually where the story ends.

  2. 02

They get a text in 3 seconds.

Before they find your competitor, their phone buzzes. It is a friendly text from your business number asking what they need, with your booking link if they want to grab a time. You get a heads-up text with their number at the same moment.

  3. 03

    The conversation becomes a booking.

They reply, book themselves, or you call back when your hands are free. Either way, they stayed with you instead of calling the next name on Google.

The leak in every local business

You already paid to make the phone ring.

The website, the ads, the Google page. All of it exists so one thing happens: somebody calls you. And then you are with a customer, up a ladder, or closed for the night. The call rings out.

Here is the part that stings. Most people will not leave a voicemail. They tap the next name on Google and book with whoever picks up. Not because that business is better. Because it answered.

LeadCatch closes that gap. Not with an answering service that bills by the minute. Not with software your staff has to learn. Just a text message that reaches the caller before they scroll back to Google.

Pricing

Three plans. No contracts. No surprises.

Every plan is month to month. Cancel anytime. The one-time setup fee, starting at $500, covers getting your number registered for business texting, hooking up your website and tools, and testing everything with a real phone before your customers ever see it. Most businesses are live in about a week.

One-time setup from $500 · Month to month, cancel anytime · Live in about a week

Texting from a business number needs a one-time sign-off from the phone carriers. We file the paperwork for you. Waiting on their approval is why going live takes a few days.

Still curious?

Frequently asked questions.

Will this work for my kind of business?

If customers call, text, or book you, then yes. We built it for businesses that live on their phone: plumbers and electricians, salons and med spas, dental and health clinics, auto and computer repair, gyms and studios, cleaners, law and accounting offices. If your phone ringing means money, LeadCatch fits.

Do I need a new phone number or new equipment?

No. Your number stays your number, and your phone works exactly like it does today. We put a local number in front of it, and calls still ring straight to you. LeadCatch only acts on the calls you do not answer.

Is texting customers like this legal?

Yes, when it is done right, and we do it right. Your number gets registered with the phone carriers under your business name. We file that paperwork for you. If someone asks us to stop texting, we stop, permanently. That includes plain words like “stop texting me”, not just the word STOP. And we only text people who reached out to you first.

What if the assistant says something wrong to a customer?

It cannot say much wrong, on purpose. It only states things you approved: your services, your hours, and the exact prices you okayed. Anything else gets “the owner will confirm that.” And it starts in training mode, where you approve every single reply by texting back 1. You flip it to automatic when you trust it, not before.

How long until I am live?

About a week. Most of that is waiting on the phone carriers to approve your business for texting. That is a one-time sign-off, and we file it on day one. The actual setup takes us a couple of hours: your number, your website form, your booking link, and your tools.

What is the setup fee actually for?

Real work, done once. We register your number with the carriers, set up your text-back number, hook up your website form, your booking calendar, and the software you run jobs on, load in your review link and your messages, and then test every single flow with a real phone before your customers ever touch it.

Does it work with the tools I already use?

Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks Online, and Calendly hook up in about a click. Most other booking and job software can plug in too. And if you run your business on paper and a cell phone, that works fine. You just tap a link instead.

Fifteen minutes. Bring last month’s phone bill.

We will count the missed calls together and do the math on what they cost you. If LeadCatch is not worth it for your business, we will tell you that too.
